Prayers and Birthday Greetings for Pope Leo XIV

The Archdiocese of Toronto extends our prayers and best wishes as Pope Leo XIV celebrates his 71^st birthday on September 14, 2026.

We give thanks for the Holy Father’s faithful leadership, his devoted service to the Church and his ongoing call for all people to be witnesses of peace, unity and hope. His ministry reminds us of our shared responsibility to proclaim the joy of the Gospel to the world and to care for those most in need.

May the Lord continue to grant Pope Leo wisdom, strength and joy as he shepherds the people of God. We invite the faithful throughout the Archdiocese of Toronto to join us in praying for the Holy Father, his health and continued ministry.
