The Legion of Mary is a lay apostolic association of Catholics who, with the sanction of the Church and under the powerful leadership of Mary Immaculate, Mediatrix of All Graces, serve the Church and their neighbors on a voluntary basis in about 170 countries. The members participate in the life of the parish through visitation of families, the sick, both in their homes and in hospitals and through collaboration in every apostolic and missionary undertaking sponsored by the parish. Here the legion of Mary is also instrumental in initiating ongoing formation programs for our community Every legionary is required to carry out a weekly apostolic work in the spirit of faith and in union with Mary. For more information, please contact Inga Spinoti at hrlegionofmary@gmail.com

Knights of Columbus Council 11729

The Holy Redeemer Knights of Columbus Council was formed in 1996 when we received our charter. At that time there were 38 members. Currently we have 73 members dedicated to assist the church and community by raising funds to help feed the poor, support our church and our parish priest. The Order was founded by Father Michael J McGivney on the principles of charity, unity and fraternity.

The Knights of Columbus is the world’s largest Catholic family fraternal service organization with 2 million members. It provides members and their families with volunteer and fundraising opportunities in service of the Catholic Church, their communities, families and young people and provides insurance products and annuities to benefit members, wives and families.

Catholic men 18 years of age and older are eligible for membership.

** We encourage all to join our knights of Columbus family and take advantage of our many life/health insurance, estate planning, and investment vehicle opportunities.  **

Another benefit of the Knights of Columbus is that it provides men with the opportunity to be better Christians by expressing their faith along with other men in the Parish. Interested in joining our Council team, you can join online by clicking on this link “Join Us | Knights of Columbus” or by contacting our Grand Knight or Chancellor.
